

About Angeliki
Born in Sparta in 1990 and raised in Elia near Molaoi, my deep connection with nature and animals stems from my upbringing by a livestock farmer father. Moving to Athens at ten, my culinary passion took root, but it wasn't until age 26 that I pursued it professionally, leaving nightlife behind to enroll in culinary school. My journey includes training at Radisson Blu Park Hotel and roles at Vammos, Ekali Club, and Vegan Nation, where I began crafting my own vegan dishes. This path led to head chef positions at Mama Tierra, Crudo, and since 2020, at the vegan hotel Koukoumi in Mykonos. Here, our menu, inspired by handmade and minimally processed ingredients, blends classic vegan and Japanese influences, showcasing dishes like black ravioli with cashew mozzarella and smoked seitan with port wine sauce. For me, veganism is more than cuisine; it's a lifestyle promoting planetary protection, animal welfare, and health, allowing me to sleep with a clear conscience.
