With a solid foundation from culinary training at Radisson Blu Park Hotel, I have honed my skills in esteemed establishments such as Vammos, Ekali Club, and Vegan Nation. My culinary journey led me to head chef roles at Mama Tierra, Crudo, and currently at Koukoumi, a vegan hotel in Mykonos since 2020. My philosophy revolves around handmade, minimally processed ingredients, integrating classic vegan and Japanese influences to create innovative fine dining experiences.
